MacBook Pro will have an obvious lag when playing and exiting HDR photos/videos. This problem has always existed. Please find a solution

I use a macbook pro with M chip (i.e. the screen of this computer itself also supports HDR). Over the past few years, I have been troubled by a problem: when I open a photo/video with HDR, there will be an obvious process of "raising brightness" on this side of the computer screen (I don't know whether this is raising brightness or some mask, I can't understand), which lasts for about two seconds, and the computer is completely stuck during this process; After I turn off HDR photos/videos, after ten seconds, the computer screen will lower this brightness again (or remove the mask?), which is also stuck. However, if I connect a monitor and turn the built-in screen off, whether this monitor supports HDR or not, I don't get stuck when I open HDR photos/videos on this. If I didn't turn off the built-in screen, then when I turned on HDR photos/videos, the built-in screen would still have this process, so there would be an overall system lag. I've tried reinstalling the system, trying it when I barely installed much software, and found that the same is true. The process still exists, except that the process doesn't seem to be that slow. This problem has been found since I bought a MacBook Pro a few years ago. At that time, I used 19 16-inch MBP models. This one also supports HDR and also has the above problems; The MBP replaced with M1MAX still has this problem. Until now, I have been updating the latest system, and this problem has always existed. I searched for someone with the same problem as me, but I couldn't search for a solution to this problem. Please share your experience with friends on the forum, thank you 🙏 [HDR playback laggy or impossible in Quic …-Apple Community] (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255070116?utm _ source=chatgpt.com&sortBy = rank)

Has no one encountered the same situation? It's impossible in 😭. I think this should be a common problem. 😂
