Wireless CarPlay suddenly fails to connect...

Before my iPhone 14 Pro was upgraded to iOS 18.4.1, there were few problems in the process of using wireless CarPlay. After upgrading to iOS 18.4.1, the connection was often disconnected, but it would resume after a few seconds. Until last night, the wireless CarPlay is completely unconnected, but the wired CarPlay can be used normally. I just tested it with another phone, iPhone 8 Plus iOS 16.7.11, and it can use wireless CarPlay normally ~ ~ I have tried methods such as forgetting the device, resetting the network settings of the iPhone, restarting the car, etc., but it didn't work. I don't know how to fix this problem now. I'm going to use wired CarPlay first. Maybe it will be better after a while... 🤷 ♂ ️ 🤣

Anonymous7585 May 12, 2025I have two mobile phones, one 15pro, both of which cannot connect to wireless carplay, but wired ones do. I thought it was a phone problem yesterday.. One 16pm, no problems have been found with the wireless connection so far

Anonymous8696 May 12, 2025There was a time when my wired CarPlay often couldn't connect, or it was recognized as an iPod, with only sound. Every time I couldn't connect, I had to click and forget the device. Later, I didn't know when I got better again.

Poster May 12, 2025@ Anonymous7585 It seems that this code is different depending on the model ~ ~ I saw a saying on Xiaohongshu, first forget everything, then search for the mobile phone connection on the car, and finally connect to CarPlay, and try it after get off work ~ ~

Anonymous7585 May 12, 2025@ Poster I tried it yesterday. The car machine deleted the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, the mobile phone deleted the Bluetooth of the car machine, and the car machine deleted the memorized car. Reset, still doesn't work. Finally wired connection.

Anonymous2189 May 13, 2025@ Poster Yes. If it still doesn't work, first forget CarPlay the device (car + mobile phone), then restart it and reconnect it. If it still doesn't work, I guess you can only ask 4S customer service to see if there are other problems.

Anonymous1767 May 14, 2025@ Anonymous2188 Another thing, the wired one can be charged. Wireless generates a lot of heat and consumes a lot of power
