The iPhone hotspot always automatically disconnects, which affects the use. I found a trick to share with you: turn the screen to the darkest level, turn off the automatic brightness at the bottom of the accessibility function, keep the screen in the hotspot interface, and keep the screen unturned, which will be very stable. I'll use it like this first, and I'll share it with you later if I find anything.

Poster May 12, 2025In fact, the iPhone can share the network through the data cable, but I don't know if it can be shared to the mobile phone like this

Anonymous1918 May 12, 2025@ Poster When working outside, I also like to use a data cable to connect the iPhone and my Mac to achieve the effect of sharing the iPhone cellular network, which is more stable and generates less heat than using a hotspot.

Anonymous10945 May 13, 2025When it comes to the hot issue of iPhone opening, I also found a bug the day before yesterday (it may also be a problem with the car system) with a similar configuration. Let's test it. Mobile phone: 16 pro max, 18.4.1, system language English, BYD Qin plus car machine, When the hotspot is turned on on the mobile phone, the name of the hotspot has been unable to be searched by the car. In addition, the same car can be connected normally using iPhone11 system version 17 + (Chinese) before.

Anonymous1844 May 13, 2025I have never encountered the problem that the hotspot is turned on unstably and automatically disconnected. Is it caused by you answering the phone or going to the bathroom with only your mobile phone but not your computer?

Anonymous1968 May 13, 2025When I use the iPhone 13 to turn on the hotspot (no data cable is used) on a daily basis, I do not find automatic disconnection, but it seems quite stable

Anonymous13560 May 13, 2025@ Anonymous1964 Indeed, it is normal if the unmanned connection on the transmitter is disconnected, but it is indeed SB design that the connector is disconnected as soon as the screen is locked

Anonymous704 May 13, 2025My mobile phone has only been short of cellular traffic in the first ten days, so for the past week, the personal hotspot at 12pm has been used for mobile at 15pm, and the system is 18.4.1. During use, it was found that the disappearance of the personal hotspot actually had nothing to do with the provided 12pm screen closing. It was only when the user didn't use the network at 15pm for a period of time that the provider's 12pm personal hotspot disappeared. In other words, even if the provider is thrown in my bag at 12pm, as long as the user surfs the Internet at 15pm occasionally (with short intervals), the personal hotspot will always exist.
