It turns out that the high-frequency pwm of mbp screen miniled can really hurt your eyes. Do you feel it?

After upgrading from the 2015 model to the 2021 model mbp, I found that the screen color is much better, but the corresponding eyes feel uncomfortable after looking at it for a few minutes. Unlike watching the rntina screen of the 15 models, the eyes are relaxed, and the miniled gives people the feeling that it will be forced. Suck your eyes onto the screen, maybe the colors are too bright. So I searched on the Internet to see if this is an exception (Google, a certain sound, a certain B, a certain book, an), and even v station posted a post, but I couldn't find a specific problem with this screen. When it comes to it, I just talk about how good the color of this screen is. It wasn't until yesterday that I searched for this question on a whim that I found out from reddit that this seems to be not an exception. Because my English is not good, I didn't search for English before. I didn't expect to help me find foreign websites, so why don't many people discuss this issue in China? Is everyone self-adapting? https://www.reddit.com/r/apple/comments/qhqlkb/headache_from_new_16_macbook_pro_miniled https://i.imgur.com/bHaDGSI.png https://i.imgur.com/JcjViZP.png

@ Anonymous2179 But the air screen is too small

@ Anonymous2174 may also have something to do with personal eye conditions. I think I can accept it if I turn on dark mode, as long as it doesn't look at white. But there can be no such situation.

@ Poster checks no change in number of excesses (300) and astigmatism (none). I may be sensitive to the light changes of OLED and Miniled. I will have headaches after watching these two screens for a long time, similar to migraine symptoms (similar to motion sickness headaches), and I can only recover after sufficient rest/sleeping at night. Now avoiding using these two screens will basically not trigger headaches. Once you use them heavily one day (such as sending your baby to make up classes for several hours and playing at 14PM), it will easily trigger this problem.

@ Poster oled sucks, oled has no dc, only class dc. Word games, it depends on whether you like to play.

@ Anonymous1846 If you look at everything with your eyes, it is theoretically the highest brush. Do you feel dizzy if you don't look at your mobile phone and look at the outside world?

Maybe the brightness is too high, but high-frequency PWM won't hurt your eyes.

@ Poster I recently bought an Android phone and haven't used an iPhone for the time being. I don't feel sore eyes anymore. I also feel sore eyes when I replace my LCD Macbook Pro with a new Macbook Pro, but I can't help it. Intel is too powerful and I don't want to use Win. Apple is a little confused about the display effect, so at least give users a dimming option

@ Anonymous2177 Please recommend several mobile phones with LCD screens. Nowadays, the dry eye syndrome of OLED is about to come out

26 or 27 models are estimated to have OLED
