After M1 macbook pro is upgraded to 15, there will be lag when using network disk applications

I just use Quark Netdisk or Alibaba Cloud Disk to watch movies and televisions. After watching for a long time (about half an hour), it starts to freeze. After looking at the task manager, it shows that the network disk occupies about 20G of memory.
If you just open the network disk, but don't watch the movie, it will have no effect. However, once you watch it, even if you close the movie, it will freeze after a long time. You must force the application to close and reopen it before it will be normal. But once you start looking at the problem still
