Apple AppStore accounts banned

I bought a third-party gift card from the US area, and the payment method was a friend's MasterCard virtual credit card. Before I switched my account to the US area, it was prompted that the AppStore and iTunes accounts could not be used. The password was reset and it was not restored. Other functions of the account were used normally, and the official website can also log in normally. To what extent is this violation? Is there still a chance to re-appeal successfully and use it normally in the future?
