How to use the national subsidy of 5499 to buy a foreign version of iPhone

As the title goes, the mobile phone is a good price, but I don't want to use the Bank of China.
Can I buy the national subsidy and then increase the price and resell it for the Japanese version or the additional version?
Is there any other way to do it

Therefore, there is no such thing as losing money if you don't buy. The current state subsidy is simply a subsidy for a voting behavior in which individuals take money to vote. It is an institutional cost that ordinary consumers have to pay to vote for competitive enterprises.
