This morning, I was swiping a short video on my mobile phone, and it was stuck seriously. I swiped it and stuck. When I exited the desktop, it still stuck. After a while, I actually crashed by myself. After booting and restarting, it was fine. At noon, I returned to the company after dinner and started to lag again. Then it crashes.
(During the process of mobile phone freezing, the fever is serious), which is simply abnormal
Does anyone have this situation

Anonymous1716 May 20, 2025Low storage capacity? If there are no other hardware problems, the low storage capacity of iPhone is the most fatal, ranging from lag to white apple

Poster May 20, 2025@ Anonymous1716 After calling customer service, the customer checked the battery system for me, and there was nothing wrong. He asked me to go to the authorization point to have a look

Anonymous1716 May 20, 2025@ Poster I mean the remaining storage capacity, but since it crashes so frequently, it is recommended to take time to test it

Anonymous11997 May 20, 2025If it weren't for the lack of space and the use of the weird assistant optimization tool, there is a high probability that your operation triggered the system to desperately write logs, dumps and the like in the background. There is basically no solution, and only DFU recovery can be backed up.

Anonymous704 May 20, 2025If there are no physical reasons such as falling, it is recommended to completely close all background apps every day, and then (volume up, down, and press the power button for 10 seconds) cold start the iPhone once, and it should be fine. Bottom line: The reason for various junk apps such as WeChat, TikTok, and pdd in China, just close the background and refresh the memory (RAM) with a cold start.
