Find a replacement of CleanShot X (weak replacement is also fine)

Company computers can't use pirated software. SetApp, which used to carpool before, figured it out this year that company computers are not worth my money. Not renewed.
However, CleanShot X is really the best screen capture and screen recording software I have ever used.
I would like to ask all the bosses, if there is any replacement, it is fine to be weaker. Wish:
* Can select screenshots and edits
* Ability to select screen recording
