I bought a 16promax on JD.com at 8 pm on May 16. After placing the order, I found that I had chosen the wrong color, and then canceled it. I was ready to place a new order. After placing the second order, I couldn't find my order in my order list. I thought it was 618 peak and the order information was delayed. After a while, it hasn't been brushed out, and there is no way to call customer service. The customer service told me that the order was cancelled due to an abnormality, and it is recommended to place the order after a while. Then the orders placed one after another were cancelled, and the orders could not be found in the order list. Because I didn't subscribe to the news of the bank, the refund information was not known. Later, I called several times to complain, and the customer service always replied that the robot said that your order abnormality has been cancelled, please try again later. There is no scheme.
Come to Station V to complain, this kind of risk control mechanism is really a bit outrageous, just cancel it, don't tell any reason, I can't find the order, and I don't know where the money is going. The large consumption makes me a little panicked
