Don't upgrade the 16 Pro series to 18.5, the battery life will drop seriously

I just recently changed to 16pm and got the system 18.3.2. I feel that the battery life is very good.
Yesterday, my hands were itchy and upgraded to 18.5. The standby time dropped by 8% overnight, which also caused the watch to be unusable. I forced to upgrade the watch system, and downloading the watch system was extremely slow. It took 3 hours.

Anonymous12394 May 23, 2025Newbie? I just updated the system and it will take two days to watch it again

Anonymous2360 May 23, 2025🤔 This must be an isolated problem. Check it yourself. It's unreasonable to draw conclusions like this to everyone
-
Anonymous2361 May 23, 2025I retired in 18.5, waiting for the trolls, and got the system 18.4.1. I regret upgrading to 18.5. After all, 18.5 fixed some bugs, which will affect the progress of the trolls

Anonymous2362 May 23, 2025After upgrading to iOS18.5, I found that the message animation in the notification center dropped frames very stuck and floated randomly. Down to iOS 18.3. 1 feels fine.

Anonymous2363 May 23, 2025My iPhone 16 is also heating badly
-
Anonymous2364 May 23, 2025I also feel that the power failure is a bit abnormal, and it is easy to get hot. I don't know if it is due to the system
-
Anonymous20 May 23, 2025Don't discuss battery life just after upgrading
-
Anonymous1711 May 23, 2025Not only did it rise to 18.5, but it even turned on automatic updates and public beta 🌚, which is similar to 18.3/18.4. If you don't need an app to consume power in the middle of the night, just pay attention to the signal situation. The profiteer turns off the base station, and there is only 1/2 cell signal No watch, no comment

Anonymous12194 May 23, 2025Not feeling but seems smoother than 18.4.1
-
Anonymous2365 May 23, 2025@ Anonymous2361. 18.5 Have to wait until the Year of the Monkey and the Horse
-
Anonymous691 May 23, 2025Hahahaha, after the release of each version, there were two groups of people. One group said, "It's smooth, the battery life has improved significantly", and the other group said, "It's stuck, the battery life has dropped seriously."

Anonymous2366 May 23, 2025It's a cliche, after upgrading the system, you will get a lot of things in the background, and it usually takes a few days to stabilize
-
Poster May 23, 2025@ Anonymous12394 is not a novice. It stands to reason that there is a process of building indexes when I get 18.3.2, but there is no such obvious gap in battery life.

Anonymous893 May 23, 2025The fever is indeed severe
-
Anonymous2367 May 23, 2025Try restarting after upgrading
-
Anonymous2368 May 23, 2025It's not a big problem, it's not a big iterative update
-
Anonymous12084 May 23, 2025Every time I update it, I feel like a post about battery life problems. Except for using my mobile phone for a year or two, the battery life has dropped significantly. For example, I used it for more than 2 years at 12 years and the battery of my mobile phone is really outrageous. I say it's a fixed line. It's not an exaggeration. You have to charge it at any time, otherwise you will worry about running out of power when you go out. In other cases, there is almost no change in battery life. For example, I have never noticed how much power my mobile phone will lose when I stand by overnight, unless I wake up one day and find that my mobile phone is dead, and it is usually charged at night.

Anonymous1705 May 23, 2025The battery life is fine. Better than 18.4.1, 18.4, and 18.3.1, mainly because of heavy fever
-
Anonymous2061 May 23, 2025I thought the heat was because my 11 device was too old (18.4.1), so it seems that the weather has a greater proportion to the system version. 😂
