I have been using Mac for several years, and the shortcut keys of various software are obviously not set, but they just can't be triggered.
The specific effect is like the shortcut key being occupied, which cannot be recognized by the software. What is more outrageous is that even if you use the software that views the shortcut key, you will find that no software occupies this shortcut key. Void occupied belongs to yes

Anonymous1617 May 23, 2025Try it on various software and see which software responds. In addition, the shortcut keys occupied by the Finder cannot be changed by the shortcut keys at the system level. It seems that command + C can't be changed. Check which software occupies the shortcut keys in the specific settings, and you can definitely find them if you look carefully.

Anonymous1617 May 23, 2025@ Poster Double-clicking opt doesn't work, then I don't understand. This shortcut key should not be occupied by software.

Anonymous2386 May 24, 2025Using this software shortcutDetective, I can see which software triggers the shortcut key. A shortcut key was occupied before, and I found that it was occupied by Sogou, so I just canceled the shortcut key of Sogou

Anonymous2387 May 25, 2025I have encountered that it doesn't take a while to open Chrome, and then the shortcut keys set by other software such as Hammerspoon to use ALT will become invalid. After closing Chrome, these shortcut keys will be normal. It may be a conflict caused by some software.
