Why is there a MIPP thing in the boot item

As mentioned in the title, I went in and checked it and found out what the file is called com.hpplay.lbhplauncher.plist. I Googled it and looked like Lebo. But I don't have music broadcast installed on my Mac. What software will automatically start it for me? Strange, it still exists after deleting it once.
