Can the outer zone Apple ID be used as the main account?

Recently, when using Apple music in China, there are still few resources, so it has been extended. I want to use my own external ID as my account.
Question: Is there a risk? Is it easy to ban the title? What are the precautions?

It's not that you can completely avoid it by buying your own card or binding your own PP through your own clean IP. The way it is used is definitely a violation of the user agreement. Accidentally triggered risk control is banned. Whether it can be solved depends on the face. The biggest problem with the main number using the outer area is that once it is banned, all the devices on the number will suffer. (If your account is gone, you can't return it, and find my can't be activated) The unblocking of the outer area depends on the face and luck. The main account country does not have this risk. Even if it is banned, APPL can be forced to unblock through relevant special complaint channels. There's no way out of the area code.
