Hello ~
Is there an Apple developer account (developer plan) that you can rent for a fee? You don't need to upload to the App Store, just install an App on your local device.
Recently, the application for the developer program was about to collapse. All kinds of people said that there was a problem with my account. I contacted customer service four or five times, and finally told me that my personal information could not be applied...
