Can the battle-damaged version of AirPods pro use Apple care?

Someone gave me an AirPods pro that I found, just one in the cabin and one in the left ear. The left ear in the cabin is severely damaged in appearance, but it can still be used. After connecting, I found that there is still AC. In this case, can I take it to the Apple Store for repair or pay for replacement?

AppleCare or AppleCare + see clearly first

If you apply for the service, the email address left by the owner when he bought AC + should receive an email from apple. This risk is carefully considered. Since it can be connected and identified, it should be possible to use AC

To use Apple care, you must require a voucher, possibly an original invoice

No, because I found it and couldn't even give the minimum bound Apple ID information.

@ Anonymous99 should not be used. I once took my wife's headphones to help her with after-sales service, and I went ac +. The Apple ID of that headset belongs to hers and has nothing to do with me. I don't know what her Apple ID is. After testing in the store, it was confirmed that there was a problem, and it was replaced by a new one on the spot. Direct store
