Is it necessary to replace the computer with the remaining state subsidy?

by Poster Jun 4, 2025 62
The current top-of-the-line MacBook pro in 2018 mainly writes code and is connected to an external 4k monitor for a long time. There is no problem in using it so far, but I feel that I will have to change it sooner or later. Do I have to wait for retirement or catch up with national subsidies? 🤦 Is air enough? Is it necessary to continue pro?

It depends on your own ideas. You can wait until MBP retires before buying it. Instead of waiting for MBP to retire, you can buy it now and take state subsidies.

intel's replacement with m series is still a huge improvement. If there is no financial pressure, the user experience will be much better

Is the national subsidy over? Is there still a state subsidy?

The same machine broke down last month when it couldn't be charged. I haven't bought a new one yet

    I'm 2018 mbp 16 +512 and I'm going to get a trade-in subsidy to replace it with mab m3 24 +512.

@ Anonymous5573 Trade-in seems to have been suggested for a long time in the seafood market ~

@ Anonymous2204 Maybe you can feel the improvement until you get it 🤣 Because the one on your hand is either stuck or hot...

It's absolutely necessary. What are you waiting for if you don't pick up the state subsidy?

Device: macbook air m4 16 +256 Purchase: Student discount + national subsidy + trade-in (price increase subsidy 1,000) start for 4300 Working conditions: multi-open idea, multi-open vscode, chrome10 + tab, and other commonly used office software are fully open, running smoothly, and the c-side and d-side feel cold to the touch

The national subsidy will be gone soon, and you won't be able to catch the last bus even if you think about it

Isn't yours hot, my 19-year-old 16-inch now fries eggs

Hurry up and change it. I replaced the m3 air with the same model in 2018 and took off directly.

@ Poster Get a small account to trade in the old one for a new one and withdraw 800, and then the old phone is valued at about 1,500, and then add the national subsidy to buy it. I think it's okay. Because my old machine went to the seafood market to hang 2k and no one wanted it.. Moreover, you have to choose to go to offline stores for recycling when trade-in, which is efficient.

Change it, intel's mac can't bear it

There was a national subsidy of 7500 before, and MBA M4 24 +512 was very fragrant

I happened to have the 2018 and 2019 mbp before. It's really stuck and hot. Please change it as soon as possible. I changed to the m4pro mbp last year and it's very comfortable. Even if there was no national subsidy at that time, I don't regret it

Let's still pro. The refresh rate of air 60hz is really not adaptive

Since the m series mac came out, the price of mbp of intel version in the second-hand market has plummeted, do you know why, it is really the product of two eras

Hurry up, the national subsidy is gone, don't think about it
