How to solve the problem of frequent disconnection of iPad docking station

As mentioned, the main requirement is to use wired headphones and charge at the same time. The tablet is iPad pro 2022. I have used unknown two-in-one adapter cable, Green Link docking station (I forgot the model number) + ka3 earphone amplifier, and Paiwei gs3pro. The charger mainly uses gallium nitride that was given when I bought a moto x40 before. It supports many protocols, including 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V3A, 15V3A, and 20V5A. I have also tried some other pd heads, but the effect has not improved. All three have disconnections, among which gs3pro is relatively the most stable but still has disconnections. The specific phenomenon is that the headphones suddenly have no sound and the charging is interrupted. Sometimes the reason is that the interface is encountered, and sometimes the suspicious reason is not found. After disconnection, if the charging port is unplugged, the headphones will immediately resume their sound, and then plug in the charging port to continue normal use. During this period, the socket on the iPad side was not touched, which means that there should be no poor contact in the latter? Where could this problem lie and are there any good solutions?
