I feel that the Bluetooth of imac always fails. Recently, when I wake up, the keyboard and trackpad often cannot be connected. I can only plug in the cable. I have tried resetting nvram but it is useless. I haven't updated the system recently and haven't connected any new external devices. Device, what is going on here?

Anonymous3378 Jan 25, 2019When I connect the Bluetooth speaker, there is about a 30% probability of disconnecting the keyboard. If it is a fake product, it is understandable, but the speaker is BOSE and the keyboard is APPLE

Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous3378 But wake up can wake up... It means that it can still be connected in standby and then it is disconnected after waking up..

Anonymous3379 Jan 25, 2019One detail is that macOS can only wake up one device, and other devices seem to be locked after waking up. When I often wake up with the mouse, the keyboard is invalid.

Anonymous3380 Jan 25, 2019It seems like this. My computer feels like connecting 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time, and one of them will always be intermittent

Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous3379 In the past, when using applewatch, I could use watch to unlock it. Now, as soon as I wake up, the keyboard and trackpad fail at the same time, and the password is lost. Wake up with keyboard or trackpad has the same result

Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous163 is surrounded by a usb-midi cable, a small mixer, and a sound card. The main reason is that these things have been used for a long time and the cables have not been replaced. Recently, the Bluetooth suddenly failed, which feels very strange....

Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous3381 is from Xiaomi, but the 2.4 g is still on. After all, some devices like cameras and microwaves only support 2.4 G

Anonymous163 Jan 25, 2019@ Poster If there is no problem for a long time, it suddenly appears, it cannot be ruled out that it is a trackpad fault, you can try trackpad on another device

Anonymous3382 Jan 25, 2019Generally, the Bluetooth module is old and broken, and the performance is not good. It is recommended to connect an external usb Bluetooth, using better materials, preferably DIY the original module, and the compatibility is better

Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous163 The probability that both the keyboard and trackpad are broken is still relatively low.... Already connected the trackpad to the macbook is good
-
Poster Jan 25, 2019@ Anonymous3382 No way... Is it broken only 10 months after I bought it.. Do you want to resist it and fix it? applecare is still there

Poster Jan 26, 2019@ Poster Thank you. I tried it and it didn't work. I left the Bluetooth status window on. If I unplug the trackpad cable, the status inside will keep jumping between not connected and connected. After jumping for a while, it still becomes unconnected. connected

Anonymous163 Jan 26, 2019@ Poster trackpad Bluetooth does not require a cable. If so, it does not rule out that it is a problem with the iMac Bluetooth module

Poster Jan 27, 2019@ Anonymous163 Yes, it always feels like this. This morning, it showed bluetooth not available directly
