Is a centimeter on the right side of Magic Trackpad 2 invalid?

I bought a wifi Bluetooth 2-in-1 pcie network card from my new Black Apple on Taobao. I bought a new touchpad that can be used without driving. But when using it, I feel that the cursor always gets stuck. Later, I found the reason, which is that one centimeter wide on the right side of the touchpad is invalid.
