The iMac has no sound

When I fast forward to watch the movie, the sound is gone. Open NetEase Cloud Music to test whether there is sound. When playing the song, it shows that the playback failed. The sound will be restored after restarting the machine, but it will be gone when playing the movie fast forward.
How to solve it?
