Supplementary Update 2 of Black Apple 10.14. 6 cannot be installed

Now I am installing Black Apple 10.14. 6. In the software update, the supplementary update 2 can't be installed. Every time I click Install, I prompt to restart. After restarting, it still shows that it is not installed. How to solve this problem?
