Suggestions for Mac users about memory sticks

by Poster Nov 21, 2019 2
iMac 2017 model 7500, 570, SSD, memory 16G, usually simple office work (occasionally PS, FCP), enough for daily use, but switching applications always feels not smooth enough. Today, I upgraded the memory to 32G, and it was instantly different. I could feel it smoothly, and the smoothness of switching applications was as smooth as silk. macOS eats a lot of memory, so I would like to give you a suggestion: the memory should not be less than 16G as much as possible. If you don't believe me, try it.
