I remastered my iMac today, and the Bluetooth keyboard of 2nd generation failed

Now you can only enter the login password on the lock screen interface. After logging in, the numeric keys 0-9 are invalid, the symbol keys are normal, and pressing clear does not. Has anyone met a big boss?
