It is never recommended to buy Apple Watch. Once you encounter quality and battery life problems (Ultra2 battery life is only 16-18 hours), as long as it cannot be detected by official instruments, from the genius bar to the phone after-sales service to technical docking, no link will admit the problem. In the end, it will only give you an answer that internal discussion is normal

@ Anonymous4291 My current Ultra2 battery life is not as good as the old SE, which is only 80% healthy and saves power

Remembering the problem I encountered last year, there will be no sound when answering the phone on the iPhone Xs Max while wearing AirPods Pro 2. I went to Apple in Xidan and told me that I couldn't find the problem and asked me to go to Apple in Wangfujing, where I bought the AirPods Pro. When I arrived at Apple in Wangfujing, I went through the same process again, but I still didn't find the problem. I suggested to use it again.

@ Anonymous3325 @ Anonymous906 I have already checked everything you said, but the battery life is still insufficient

@ Anonymous6890 @ Anonymous7376 is only repaired but not replaced in China, which is not described by some We Media. It is caused by some Chinese Apple store employees colluding with Huaqiangbei profiteers inside and outside. The main reason is that China has factories of Foxconn, Pegatron and Luxshare that can repair. The logistics cost of cross-border repair and delivery in other countries is too high, and various problems and delays in customs clearance will be encountered. Not surprising for a company that puts a lot of emphasis on supply chain and cost savings.

Did you file a complaint with 12315? Did you write to Tim?

Apple has always followed its style. The iPad battery collapses, low battery and even shuts down automatically. After checking the health level, it is still above 80%. Now I hope Apple will become 1% like Samsung

This is the case with Apple Watch. Sometimes it's a software Bug, or you just finished upgrading, or you didn't upgrade. Anyway, there are inexplicably a few days, when you are full before going to bed, you can get 20% less when you wake up, and you will become red before the afternoon in one day. Maybe it will be fine in a few days, or the next upgrade will be fine. Of course, it's best to change and finish it.

@ Poster # 1 If you have AC +, can you drop it on the ground and replace it with a new one?
  • Anonymous3172 May 21, 2024
The same is true of my MacBookPro. When I buy it new, the battery life is more than half less than that of the same model, but no problems can be detected, and no problems can be seen in the system energy consumption, but the battery life is ridiculously low. The genius staff also said that it can be seen to the naked eye that the power fails quickly, but the problem can't be detected, so it can't be repaired, which is outrageous. I'm still buying that expensive ac +.

The Watch used to be on and always on when I went home and still had 40, but now it is only 30 when I turn it off when I go home. The crash is very exaggerated. The health level shows 93.

I really can't bear the battery life of the watch, so I haven't started buying an Apple Watch

@ Anonymous2208 has been struggling with all kinds of after-sales requirements of Apple for a month. There is something wrong with the usage method of PUA. As a result, no matter how much he struggles, the battery life is broken. In the middle, he has experienced an official system upgrade, and no improvement has been seen

@ Anonymous9130 Even if I have AC +, I have to pay extra to replace it. It becomes to deal with Apple's own product quality problems, and I am forced by Apple's after-sales service to replace it at my own expense. If I don't have AC +, I won't spend five or six thousand in vain and was half disgusted by Apple's defective products
  • Anonymous2208 May 21, 2024
@ Poster That's it, the AC + of the Apple Watch is a joke. Small problems will not be repaired. It would be better if a new model comes out. Inside and outside, we recommend you to trade in the old one for a new one. I fell down once, and the screen was scratched so hard that I couldn't see clearly. It wasn't an accident to tell me, but a mark of normal use. Then I recommended that I might as well trade in the old one for a new one. Since it is considered a normal trace, no money will be deducted. Extremely disgusting.

This really depends on luck. When I bought the S6, I had just used it for a week, and the watch didn't ring when the phone came. I tried disconnecting, resetting and everything and it still doesn't work. The same is true in front of an Apple clerk. This is obviously a software problem, and it can't be fixed anyway. It was sent back to the factory or somewhere, and I was replaced with a new one, but it was just the main body, without a strap.

That's what happened with Apple now. The system has been expanding, but the development level can't keep up. This may cause the daemon in a certain background to crash, and there will be an unlimited crash loop. The consequences range from battery life and urinary insipidus to low temperature burns. I have encountered both of these types, and complained to my friends at apple. My friends said to restart first, and if it doesn't work, reinstall 🤦

@ Anonymous4963 Alas, I can't do it now. It's already a circuit leakage problem on the hardware. Now Apple just doesn't admit that there is a problem. It still insists on the phone that the Ultra2 watch has only 16 hours of battery life, which is normal. It's really a big store bullying. Customers

@ Poster After canceling the pairing, have you tried it without pairing anything?
  • Poster May 21, 2024
@ Anonymous11261 Battery life in unpaired situations? I haven't tried this scene before, and it doesn't feel meaningful. After all, it needs to be paired and used
