It is never recommended to buy Apple Watch. Once you encounter quality and battery life problems (Ultra2 battery life is only 16-18 hours), as long as it cannot be detected by official instruments, from the genius bar to the phone after-sales service to technical docking, no link will admit the problem. In the end, it will only give you an answer that internal discussion is normal

You are right, Apple's after-sales service is rubbish now. I first bought the iPad mini 6. I pressed the on-off button and I went to repair it. The result actually told me that it was man-made damage and there was no warranty. I still don't know where to appeal., really irritating

@ Poster It's just forced, sometimes, just change the equipment, it's fine, the previous problem is gone, win-win

@ Anonymous13044 😂 As long as the problem can be pushed to the user without warranty, it will be pushed to the user. Apple's after-sales status

I bought the Watch 8 on the official website in January last year. After using it for almost ten months, I found that the ECG was not very easy to use. The test was intermittent and I felt bad. I suspected it was a problem with the digital crown. I went to Apple Kyoto to report it for repair. After a long time of testing, I said that there seemed to be a problem, and told me to return it to the factory for details. I will send an email in a few days to say that the test is completed, and the solution is to directly replace it with a new one...

@ Anonymous13045 Then you are good, mine is after-sales service. He said sternly that there was no problem, but he didn't dare to send me an email to reply, he only dared to reply on the phone
