iPad pro or mbp?

After remoting most computing resources, I found that computers don't need that good performance. I decided to abandon the desktop completely.
I just need to paint, so wacom is a must. No matter how bad the notebook is, it also comes with a touch screen. However, after using several generations of win notebooks (toshiba sony Lenovo), I found that they are all connected to electricity and cannot be portable. This is the flaw of win.
Then I also used mbp, but there is no touch control, and I have to connect to wacom externally. The 24-inch Xindi is bloated. I sold it and replaced it with dtk1661. Now the 1661 is also sold because the three-in-one line is too bloated. I tested kanvas16, typec, but it seems that the power supply is unstable and always disconnected. I returned it after 2 days of use.
I really don't want to mess with so many peripherals, so I don't want to use mbp either. Now I still use the first generation of ipad pro + pencil. Although the hardware is ancient, it is basically usable, and the ones that encounter a card are also real cards. So I thought I had to upgrade it.
Re-use mbp + kanvas? Or ipad pro in one step?
As a productivity force, the ipad pro should be used for editing, design, drawing, music and programming without much problem. Can the current ipad take all aspects?
It seems that there is no point in pursuing the top configuration of mbp. Anyway, it can't run any model. If it really wants to produce, it needs an rtx server. Therefore, battery life and lightness have become the first elements. Is it better to ipad directly? I just don't know if ipad can completely replace desktop computers and notebooks.
The only concern is the external monitor. How many 4k screens can the ipad connect to? I have to work with two linkage units at 16: 9 +21: 9.

Anonymous2392 Jun 26, 2024Personally, I feel that the design philosophy of iOS/iPadOS is essentially not a desktop multitasking system, which leads to the need to always save it at any time when I use it myself, because a lot of information lost in the background is not something that users can actively control their access or status

Anonymous448 Jun 27, 2024Don't look at anything else, you only need to use a pen for painting, and if you want to be portable, you only have the latest ipad pro (the previous battery life is not as good as the new model). As for the rest, you will know that the pen is not on the same level as Apple's pen when you buy it. As for the productivity of the external screen, it can only be said that it is indeed not the strength of the ipad, but it can be used

Anonymous12445 Jun 28, 2024The iPad is just a netbook, and my battery life is less than 4 hours. I use 11 inch, pro, M1,
