I feel that apple watch is not as accurate in detecting sleep as Xiaomi Mi Band

I also bought autosleep and feel that the analysis of deep and light sleep is okay Sometimes I fall asleep watching TV on the sofa at seven or eight o'clock in the evening. After sleeping for dozens of minutes, I can't detect it at all. The Xiaomi Mi Band can detect it: (

I have tested it before by wearing Xiaomi Mi Band 4 and S7 in my left and right hands respectively, and the built-in ones are indeed not as accurate as Xiaomi Mi Band. After autosleep training, it is quite accurate, and you can recognize it after taking a nap on the high-speed train.

    Not so obsessive-compulsive, 😆

Is sleep mode turned on? If it is not turned on, it should not be detected.

This short sleep trigger is regarded as the shortcoming of apple watch, but in terms of data accuracy during sleep, apple is the most accurate among all smart watches.

The mechanism is different, whether it is accurate is another matter

The algorithm of apple watch is that the longer you wear it, the more accurate it is, including heart rate, aerobic and electrocardiogram, etc., which is almost comparable to the results of hospital physical examination. The most important thing is to look at the long-term trend, rather than whether a certain result is accurate or not. There is no meaning

@ Anonymous10997 Yes, what Apple doesn't do well is meaningless (dog head)

Apple Watch doesn't have automatic detection function

For users like me who only see how long I sleep in a day (including naps), Xiaomi Mi Band is particularly good

@ Anonymous8495 # 3 You have to turn on sleep mode before going to bed, so what's the point of sleep monitoring?

@ Anonymous4479 # 10 How do I know, I always think this thing is unreliable as a medical product 😂 Normally, according to my biological clock, which goes to bed at 10 o'clock and gets up at 6 o'clock, I set it to automatically enter the sleep mode at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the wake-up alarm clock automatically cancels the sleep mode. The sleep monitoring during this period is very accurate. I don't have the habit of sleeping during the day either, so the experience is fine.

Yes, yes, Xiaomi's sleep monitoring is really a bit strong, I can take a nap accurately to the minute (I used Xiaomi Mi Band 6)

Can't you detect temporary sleep after the update? Can you detect it lying on your desk at noon
  • Anonymous1679 Mar 5, 2025
No matter how I wear a short sleep, it can be detected, but the Xiaomi Mi Band cannot detect it

What is the use of apple watch besides detecting sleep? Too power-hungry
  • Anonymous2907 Mar 5, 2025
I have used Xiaomi Mi Band 5 and Apple Watch S9, and to be honest, Xiaomi's is much more accurate
  • Anonymous10639 Mar 5, 2025
Don't feel it, it's just not accurate, and it's not as accurate as Xiaomi Mi Band with third-party software
  • Anonymous10528 Mar 5, 2025
    @ Anonymous4481 # 16 It's useless, and sleep monitoring is not accurate

I bought apple watch and autosleep. The conclusion is that aw's sleep detection is really average
