I would like to ask all v friends. I just recently switched to 16e. On the old mobile phone 12, both China Telecom and China Telecom can use FaceTime and iMessage normally. On the new mobile phone, China Telecom's FaceTime and iMessage cannot be activated. After chatting with customer service and eliminating various problems, it is determined that it is the operator. The problem, the operator does not acknowledge the problem. The theory with customer service has not been opened for a day. I have complained to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and are waiting for the result. Do you guys have any clues? (I have roughly looked through all the information on the Internet, and it seems to be related to anti-fraud) If it doesn't work, I have to transfer my number to the network

Poster Mar 21, 2025@ Anonymous1569 # 19 Right, is used less than a few times. Maybe it's obsessive-compulsive disorder. Before, it was obviously okay on the old phone, but the new one didn't, so I started to fight

Anonymous4121 Mar 21, 2025Apple's domestic services are not fully hosted on the cloud in Guizhou, and some requests will still be sent to the main server. This will happen if they are banned by the operator or timed out

Anonymous2628 Mar 21, 2025Don't think about it if you can't activate it Originally, you can use email without a mobile phone number. The only inconvenience is that you only use email (mobile phone number is not activated) and text messages cannot be forwarded on the Mac Now I have installed an extra mobile card, the mobile card can be activated, and SMS can be forwarded to Mac normally I also tried replacing the mobile card with giffgaff, which can also forward text messages normally As long as one of the two mobile phone numbers is activated, text messages can be forwarded to Mac normally

Anonymous2255 Mar 21, 2025Do you keep circling without ticking the left side of your mobile phone number, or do you stop after turning for a while? I solved this problem a few days ago. Apple said that I was reported for sending spam, so it blocked me. Now give me some slack and help me open it.

Poster Mar 21, 2025@ Anonymous2255 # 28 I consulted with Apple, and my electrical signal itself is not restricted. It turned for a while and stopped, showing that it was not activated successfully

Anonymous2255 Mar 21, 2025@ Poster Try taking your ID card to the business hall to check whether the international SMS receiving and sending function is turned off.

Anonymous8192 Mar 21, 2025In some areas, text messages are blocked and verified. Change your email address. Anyway, all acquaintances use FaceTime to contact

Anonymous8268 Mar 21, 2025apple said it was the fault of Telecom, and the recently bought Telecom basically cannot be activated

Anonymous7249 Mar 21, 2025I also encountered this situation when I changed my mobile phone before, and all kinds of tossing didn't work. After leaving it for a while, I found it fine...

Poster Mar 21, 2025@ Anonymous6771 # 17 It's not necessary to have it, but if it can't be activated, it's very uncomfortable

Anonymous8268 Mar 21, 2025@ Poster If it is not activated, the text messages received will not be pushed to mac, and it will take several days to come through icloud, which is very annoying. For example, if the mobile phone accepts the verification code, it was originally operated by seeing it directly on the mac, but now it has to be read on the mobile phone again. I was originally activated, but recently I changed to a new phone, and it didn't work. apple's staff said that he tried a sim card for users with his mobile phone, put his card back, and it became inactivable. He is also a telecom card.

Anonymous321 Mar 21, 2025Since October last year, didn't some people report that once Zhejiang Telecom cancels iMessage/FaceTime, it can no longer be reactivated, and of course new phones can't
