I would like to ask all v friends. I just recently switched to 16e. On the old mobile phone 12, both China Telecom and China Telecom can use FaceTime and iMessage normally. On the new mobile phone, China Telecom's FaceTime and iMessage cannot be activated. After chatting with customer service and eliminating various problems, it is determined that it is the operator. The problem, the operator does not acknowledge the problem. The theory with customer service has not been opened for a day. I have complained to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and are waiting for the result. Do you guys have any clues? (I have roughly looked through all the information on the Internet, and it seems to be related to anti-fraud) If it doesn't work, I have to transfer my number to the network

Anonymous160 Apr 24, 2025Is there any new progress? I have successfully opened it here, and my wife's side has also opened it normally. However, the FaceTime logo does not occasionally appear on the communication interface between the two parties, and I can only dial FaceTime in historical calls

Poster Apr 25, 2025@ Anonymous160 This is a new problem for you again. Mine was transferred from Youhenan Telecom to Henan Unicom, and iMessage and FaceTime immediately returned to normal
