How to add a payment method for apple id in the United States at the lowest cost

I used a virtual credit card to bind the US id before, but now the payment method has expired. I deleted it by mistake, resulting in family members being unable to download my app store purchase items. Downloading from the purchase items will prompt "To download shared content, your family must have a valid payment method"
After a lot of trouble last night, I found that many virtual cards either ran away or could not be registered in China, including but not limited to nobepay, pst, ucards, onekey, payoneer, etc.
The annual service fee of wildcard is 12 dollars. I saw the price a little painful, so I didn't operate it any further.
I just want to bind a payment method, and there is no actual payment requirement. If I usually buy it, I can directly use the gift card from the official website.
At present, the family group is several US accounts + one local account, and the local account is responsible for providing iCloud + subscriptions.
There are two main questions
1. Have you registered a virtual card that is easy to use and has low handling fees? Or another payment method?
2. If this state of no effective payment method is maintained for a long time, will there be any hidden dangers in the follow-up family group?
