My colleague bought a 21.5 iMac. He started thinking that it was too expensive to add solid state, and then asked me if I had hands-on skills. After watching some videos such as ifix disassembly, I felt that there was no problem, so I agreed. Then I disassembled it today. After disassembling it, I found that instead of choosing a hybrid hard drive, I actually castrated the M.2 interface directly! I searched on the Internet before, but I couldn't find any relevant information.
https://www.youtube.com/watch? v = Sw6U _ pRdcEc This is a disassembly I have seen, and there is...
As a result, when I took it apart, it looked like this.. Only the solder joints are left.

Anonymous11101 May 9, 2020Plug-in. The more affordable is USB 3.1 10Gbps, such as Samsung T7. Tuhao on Thunder and Lightning 3. The advantage is that you can unplug the hard drive after get off work and take the full environment with you. The built-in hard disk is used for TM.

Anonymous4841 May 9, 2020Since the memory and hard drive are onboard or non-removable, I no longer like Apple

Poster May 9, 2020@ Anonymous11101 is currently preparing to replace the SSD internally, and the original hard disk is used as the hard disk box. @ Anonymous3232 This is really home. I really don't believe how much more the same motherboard and multiple interfaces can cost.

Poster May 9, 2020@ Anonymous4844 you this... It's really hard for me. @ Anonymous1575 cannot be returned, because it has exceeded the return time after buying it. @ Anonymous4845 you can watch the video I linked

Poster May 9, 2020@ Anonymous1575 Let's talk about the PC hardware industry alone. There are several ones with higher profits than Apple, not to mention this kind of leftover material...

Poster May 9, 2020@ Anonymous11534 There is only one sata, which is connected with a cable. @ Anonymous4843 deliberately went to search and didn't see it.. All in all, the news in this area is still too unpopular.

Anonymous1575 May 9, 2020@ Poster It seems that there is no problem with it either But you can't spray without you Just return it

Anonymous4846 May 9, 2020It's not difficult to weld yourself Or Computer City spend some money to find someone. bga can weld, you are all trivial matters What I am afraid of is that not only the interface is missing, but also the supporting circuit is missing
-
Anonymous4847 May 10, 2020This is not difficult to weld, such a high profit computer has to save a few cents...
