I made an appointment with a direct-operated store. The problem can be reproduced in terms of battery usage. The hardware inspection in the store showed that there was no problem. I requested to return to the factory for testing. At this time, I was told that the product could not be returned to the factory because it was an outdated product. The store asked me to call 400 to ask how to solve it. After two hours of 400, 400 said it was mainly in-store operation, 400 had no authority (kicking the ball)
Then I told me to go to 368 and try ordering the item directly. There was no option to try ERS in the store. Finally, I was told to return AppleCare + and use it. I felt that I couldn't accept the result.
Has anyone encountered this situation in V2? How is it handled.
